Ownership of the Digibeds platform, trademark rules, and how to report infringement.

1. Ownership

The Digibeds platform, software, design, documentation, logos and content are the property of Digibeds Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in the customer agreement and policies.

2. Trademarks

“Digibeds” and the Digibeds logo are trademarks of Digibeds Technologies Private Limited. They may not be used in company names, products, domains or marketing in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission. Nominative fair use (truthfully referring to the Service) is permitted.

3. Customer Content

Customers retain ownership of the data and content they upload and are responsible for having the rights to use it. Digibeds processes it only to provide the Service, as set out in the Privacy Policy and DPA.

4. Reporting Copyright Infringement (Notice)

If you believe content on Digibeds websites or hosted by the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  • The exact URL/location of the allegedly infringing material;
  • Your name, address, email and telephone number;
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Our Response and Counter-Notice

  • Digibeds reviews complete notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the material and notify the uploader;
  • The uploader may submit a counter-notice with equivalent details and a consent to jurisdiction; where the law provides, material may be restored if the complainant does not initiate proceedings;
  • Digibeds maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Misrepresentation

Knowingly false infringement claims can create legal liability for the claimant. Please ensure notices are accurate.
